Shipping and Delivery

Every order to the United Kingdom is delivered by express courier in 2–4 working days. There is nothing more to pay on delivery for orders up to £135.

£12 per order, whatever the size of your order.

Duties and taxes

Orders up to £135: nothing more to pay on delivery.

Orders over £135: UK import duty and VAT are charged by HM Revenue & Customs. The courier will contact you to pay them before delivery. If they are not paid, the courier cannot deliver your parcel and it may be returned or destroyed; we cannot accept liability for this.

When your order leaves us

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday leave us on the next working day. As soon as yours is on its way, we email you a tracking link, and text it to you if you gave us a mobile number.
