Postage and Delivery
Please note that each order will normally be sent out to you within 7-14 working days by the time you place the order. The shipping and delivery expenses may vary depending on location and on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.
Delivery times don't include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. Delivery cannot be made to BFPO addresses and these orders will not be processed.
All products will be shipped via Royal Mail Recorded-Signed For Delivery. The orders will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities.
Postage and packing for deliveries is charged as follows:

FREE DELIVERY on all orders of £100 or more

Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles

Standard Delivery (Airmail International Signed For):
Europe: £14.95 (10-15 working days)
Rest of the World: £24.95 (15-20 working days)
IMPORTANT:Please note, these charges are per order (for average sized orders up to or around 2 Kg) and may vary according to the weight or size of your purchase.
We will try to provide a better estimate of delivery times upon request but cannot offer any guarantees. If the delivery date is critical, please advise us and we may be able to send the package as soon as possible.
The customer may pay for the products and the shipping expenses by credit or debit card. Please note that no card payments can be taken over the telephone.
The transaction will be charged to the customer's credit card only once product availability has been verified and only after the credit card data has been verified and we have received authorization from the card issuer. The customer's credit card will not be charged at the time of the submitting of the order. The card will be charged only once the order is ready to be shipped.
· All orders must be paid in full before shipping occurs.
· All parcels require a signature on arrival. At the time of the delivery the recipient shall verify that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or in any other way tampered with. Once he/she has signed the mail transportation document, he/she may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods.
· If the customer is not at home, a card will be left for him/her to collect the parcel by a certain date or arrange re-delivery.
· If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected the customer will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail notification when the order has been dispatched. If he/she does not receive any e-mails it may mean that there is an error in the e-mail address the customer gave us or that the e-mail is caught in his/her spam or junk mailbox.
In the event that, due to sudden and temporary unavailability of the purchased products, we will be unable to deliver the goods and we will promptly inform the customer via e-mail as soon as possible. The amount paid will be refunded as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days from the receipt of the order submitted by the customer.
